More About Me

Connecting with my clients to understand their goals and help them achieve those has always been the highlight of my job.

My journey in health and wellness started in 2011 as an active care specialist in a multidisciplinary clinic after completing my Bachelors Degree in Science at Guelph University, majoring in Human Kinetics. Movement therapy is a foundation to my practice, and where I began working with amateur and professional athletes teaching mobility and yoga.

I obtained my Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice in 2015 from the National Academy of Osteopathy and have taken continuing education courses in Cranial Sacral Therapy, Cupping Therapy as well as Micro-Stretching. I utilize a variety of these techniques within my treatment to address postural issues, pain and movement dysfunction.
