Manual Osteopathy focuses on optimizing the body's inherent ability to heal itself through gentle techniques such as cranial sacral, visceral release, gentle mobilizations and soft tissue release. Aiding the body to improve function by releasing restrictions and restoring the natural flow.

Massage Therapy
Liz focuses on sports massage therapy, addressing injuries or providing deeper soft tissue techniques to support healing. She utilizes acupuncture within her massage therapy to aid with muscle facilitation, nervous system relaxation and pain modulation
Liz has been working in health and wellness since 2011 starting in active rehabilitation. She then became a Manual Osteopath in 2015. Her continuing education is ongoing as she has completed courses in Animal Flow, Microstretching, and Cranial Sacral ( CS1, CS2, Paediatrics & Somatic Release).
In 2022 Liz became a Registered Massage Therapist further expanding her soft tissue techniques. She completed the Neuroanatomical Acupuncture Certificate through McMaster university in 2024 utilizing it for soft tissue related injuries.
